Prof. Abdeljabbar Arrach is a Professor in the Department of Public Law / Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences at the University Hassan 1st of Settat in Morocco. He received all his degrees in cultural, legal, administrative and political Studies from German universities and currently serves as a director of Laboratory for Research on Comparative Democratic Transition (LRTDC), House of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Human Rights Law Clinic.
