Hayley is an MPhil in International Relations candidate at Nuffield College, Oxford University. Her masters thesis examines the political economy of leadership survival through the design of institutional agreements. She graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Philosophy in history and international relations and has worked with public policy institutes and think-tanks in Australia and Germany.
